Kits Walk is a compact rental building fronting West 12th Avenue to the south and the Arbutus Greenway to the west. The project is designed to step down to provide a transition to the neighbouring building, while also addressing the frontage and scale of the Greenway. A white brick base ranges in height from two to five storeys around the perimeter of the building, responding to different site conditions and adjacencies.
