The George is a mixed-use industrial and commercial building on a compact site. Simple, square floorplates are contained by alternating bands of cladding and windows. The silvery corrugated cladding refers to the industrial use and character of the neighbourhood and the changing definitions of industrial use. Large outdoor spaces are provided on all roofs, providing a space for tenants to meet and enjoy the views.
