The Grace was our first project with Locarno Legacy, and it was critical from the outset for the project to be well received within the community. After several meetings with neighbourhood groups, the design evolved into a five storey building with a four-storey street wall form broken up into smaller, distinct streetscape elements. The project is traditional in spirit, with contemporary brick and cornice details.
